Season Per night Weekly Minimum Stay
Dec 15- April 30 $250 $1750 3 Nights
May 1 - Dec 14 $200 $1400 3 Nights
* Current Florida Tax of 11% will be added to all reservations
* Please note A credit card security bond of $200 is required and shall be refunded
within 10 days of your check out date... provided no deductions are made due to missing or damaged property, the need for excessive cleaning or overly soiled linen, and or evidence of smoking inside.
* 50% of the total charges will be charged to your charge card on the day of your booking and the balance will charged to your charge card, 30(thirty) days prior to your arrival,
Policies :
* All rates are based on 4 persons.
* All booking times require a minimum 3 night stay.
* Check-In time is 3 p.m. to 6 p.m. Early Check-Ins will be permitted after 1:00 if your
cottage is ready (Please call). Late Check-Ins can be pre-arranged when needed.
* Check-Out time is 11 AM.
* No pets are allowed
* No smoking...strictly enforced, a fine of $250 will be charged
* No RVs, boats or trailers allowed
* VISA, Master Card, Pay Pal, Cash, Checks and Traveler checks will be accepted.
* Cancellations require 30 (thirty) days notice prior to your arrival date. If the cancellation is made before the 30 (thirty) days required time, the charged amount will be refunded, less a $50 cancellation fee. If in the unlikely event that you must cancel with less than 30 (thirty) days notice, shorten your stay or check out early, please understand that we must ask you to take responsibility for your entire reservation. We will make every effort to re-book the cottage. If we are able to re-book the cottage, you will be credited for the rate we are able to re-book the cottage for, less the $50 cancellation fee. In the event we are unable to re-book the cottage, no refund will be given but a non-transferable gift certificate for a future stay will be issued.
